Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Maahi Milk Producer Company Limited. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR).
Qualifications
- Skills in HR Management, including recruitment and talent management
- Experience managing HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
- Excellent understanding of Human Resources (HR) and related concepts such as compensation and benefits
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the dairy industry is a plus
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus
