Role Description

This position is for US Bench Sales Executive position.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales executive located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through client acquisition, maintaining and expanding client relationships and portfolios while ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales, bench sales, or recruitment
• Experience in selling to or working with Fortune 500 corporations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong negotiation, closing skills, and ability to handle objections effectively
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or computer science is preferred
• Experience with CRM software and SalesForce is a plus
