Job description
KRA:
1. Working as Executive Assistant for CEO, will play important role in the company's operations and driving the strategic vision forward
2. Complete ownership on the tasks assigned and autonomy of the same
3. Collaboration would be the key part of the job as would be working on multiple projects wherever the CEO is involved ranging from Operational activities to Strategic initiatives
KPI:
1. Time Management – Saving CEO's time from the operational activities
2. Communication – Effective communication between the CEO and the internal/external stake holders
3. Task and Project Management – Get the projects completed within the defined timeline
4. Problem solving and decision-making support – Critical decision making on behalf of CEO as and when required with the same effectiveness
