Job description

• Responsible to partner, manage relationship & develop business sourcing with various car
aggregator platforms such as Mahindra First Choice, Cardekho, Spinny, Cars24, OLX, Droom
etc
• Responsible to identify, partner & develop business sourcing through various online
marketplaces offering loans to end customers
• Engage with key vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) & their network partners to develop digital
sourcing for vehicle loans and future ready customer finance processes
• Continuous business development & relationship management with all key partners with
focus on quarterly roadmap for budget achievement, business growth, launch of different
products (Sale Purchase finance, Balance Transfer loan etc), continuous enhancements in
digital systems & lending process for customer convenience
• Drive the achievement of disbursement targets & budgets set for various digital sourcing
partners; undertake required interventions around field training, process adherence, geo
expansion to achieve the given target
• Engage with different partners to grow the market share by offering them volume linked
incentives and other USPs
• Engage with different stakeholders (i.e. Sourcing partner team,
Compliance, Credit etc) to discuss the business requirements & required process
improvements to grow the loan disbursements to next level
• Prepare the detailed BRD (business requirement document) for IT team to develop the
processes/APIs in Loan Origination System (Salesforce) to improve the end-customer
experience and incorporate field team feedback
• Responsible for continuous enhancement in LOS/ APIs post go-live basis field feedback & new
opportunities
• Ensure new loan products, lending processes & digital journeys are communicated effectively
to all stakeholders (i.e. Field employees, central support teams, sourcing partner teams and
customers); prepare the required user manuals, training material and training interventions
• Create & manage the central processes to provide operational support to MMFSL field team
& partner field teams
• Conduct the competitive benchmarking around our loan process TAT, Customer experience &
Partner experience and share the insights & action plan with senior management

• Lead & supervise the adoption of new trends & tech solutions around consumer lending in
our vehicle finance digital journeys with different sourcing partners
• Review & ensure the digitally sourced portfolio is of good quality and minimum delinquencies;
take regular actions for products/partners/geo where portfolio health is deteriorating
• Review & ensure the PDD ageing is under control and all critical cases are resolved timely with
the help of the partner
• Implement the relevant digital marketing campaigns jointly with marketing team to source biz
enquiries
