Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS/ US GAAP principles
- Bookkeeping: Manage the monthly financial book closing process including ensuring all revenue and expenses are properly recorded reviewing journal entries and account balance reconciliations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring performance by preparing variance analysis reports.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations accounting standards GST TDS Income Tax and labour laws and ensure timely compliance concerning payments and filings.
- Audit Management: Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations as well as communicate with external auditors for annual filing.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.
- Systems and Software Management: Develop and manage financial systems and accounting software.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in financial reporting taxation and auditing practices. Experience in a Saas company is an added advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Tally ERP Excel etc.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Communication: Clear communication of complex financial information
