Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience for C-level executive, Sales, and technical skill-based positions.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level professionals
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively
• A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective strategies to identify and attract top executive-level talent for various departments within the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans accordingly
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough and comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Act as a brand ambassador for TJBPO, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment to continuously enhance the recruitment process
