Job Description:
- Execute Production Plan and manage production efficiency through a team of Asst. Managers, Engineers & Supervisors
- Monitor production timeline, quality, and design specification
- Oversee Plant Maintenance
- Control Process Loss
- Meet Straight Pass Standards and minimize the re-work & quality rejections.
- Adhere to Safety Norms
- Manage Internal & External Quality & Systems Audit
- Plan workforce requirements, and shifts and manage overtime in an optimum manner
- Manage teams in a cordial manner
Skills & Abilities:
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Must have Manpower Management and labor Management skills.
- Must be conversant with 5S/KAIZEN and Quality Audit Systems
- Must have sound knowledge about Statutory and factory compliances, Safety Norms, etc.
- Must have hands-on experience in CNC &skills in the understanding of product design.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Must have basic computer literacy with email and MS Office capability. Exposure to ERP Systems would be an added advantage.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a zeal to take new initiatives.
- Should be willing to work the shifts.
