Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at takebusinessonline located in Kolhapur with flexibility for some remote work. As Co-Founder, the successful candidate will collaborate with the other Co-Founder to develop and implement the company strategy, prioritize tasks, and oversee daily operations. Additionally, the Co-Founder will work on developing and managing customer relationships, sales, marketing initiatives, and budgeting, and will support human resources and recruitment, and ensure a growing brand presence.
Qualifications
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to work with data and metrics.
- Strong Communication skills, verbal and written.
- Previous Sales experience and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Marketing experience to develop a holistic plan.
- Experience in conducting primary and secondary Research.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Tech or Fin-Tech or E-Commerce industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
