Job brief
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Experience Level: 10+ years.
Must have: At least 7 years of experience in the IT industry
Location: Kochi
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Advise on employee development and career planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Monitor HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and share knowledge with the HR team and leadership.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in the software industry.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
