Job Requirement

Responsibilities :

• Search relevant tenders related to commercial, security & PVC card printing online on GEM, Tender Tiger, Tender 24x7
• Analyze & check the eligibility criteria for participation
• Prepare the bill of quantity
• Prepare pre-bid queries
• Coordinate with internal departments & clients for the documents required for the tender (Turnover Certificate, Work Completion Certificate, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Collate documents and prepare the Technical & Financial Bid accordingly
• Raise queries and follow-up for publishing corrigendum / addendum if required
• Attend pre-bid meetings  Plan and execute timely submission of the tender/s (Online / By Courier / Offline / Hand Delivery)

Skills Competencies :

• Negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of individually handling tenders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and statistical analysis.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to in a clear and concise manner.
