Job description
Role Summary
The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Reward, wellness and expat services.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth administration of global mobility guidelines and policies
- Responsible for Pre-onbarding activities of Expats and OCIs
- Responsible for Expats onboarding and repatriation
- Liason with external agencies/ service providers on expat related matters e.g. tax consultant, logistics services etc
- Manage expats compensation and benefits
- Manage in-bound and outbound secondment services including immigration and compliances
- Work with global mobility team to administer global practices for inbound and outbound movements
- Prepare employment contract and related documents for expat onboarding and off-boarding
- Generate periodical analysis and reports for senior leadership team
- Developing a local wellness strategy in collabration with global practices
- Creating a wellness friendly ecosystem with in the organisation
- Build a solid network of service providers and vendors specialising in wellness services
- Benchmarking of best practices with respect to market and with in WSP Group Companies
- Employee's health risk analysis from Company's perspective
- Collabrate with H&S, P&A, HR and MARCOM team in order to achieve effective outcome
- Create visibility of wellness avenues and benefits plans across the organisation
- Perodic managatement reporting on initiatives taken
Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA in HR/Equivalent degree or diploma
- Experience: 10 years+
- Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to think innovatively to bring new ideas and technologies as applicable
- Ability to collaborate and work in a high perfoming complex environment
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders with in and outside of WSP
