Role & Responsibilities
1. Perform VAVE exercise to achieve targeted savings on assigned projects.
2. Identify & review VAVE ideas from cross functionality point of view and prepare justifications
to get approvals from stakeholders.
3. Design & develop approved ideas for implementation. Reviews engineering drawings makes
feasibility assessments and provides estimated manufacturing costs. Works with design
engineering personnel and manufacturing to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing
methods.
4. Guide team for idea generation and evaluation. Conducting VAVE workshops & hackathon
Must Have SKILLS
5. Proficient and experienced in Design, development & manufacturing Engineering. Capable of
delivering VAVE ideas for cost saving opportunities.
6. Should have extensive knowledge of the engineering calculations, materials, manufacturing
process, cost estimation to evaluate VAVE id & should be capable of doing feasibility
assessments and providing estimated manufacturing costs.
7. Strong Fundamentals in VAVE techniques
8. Strong knowledge of palletizers, dryers, pulverizes, polymer pumps, fabrication, welding,
machining & Sheetmetal
