Recruiter Campus Hiring
Larsen & Toubro Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (On-site)
As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for campus recruiting events from premier institutes and bring in the best talents from colleges / University.
You should also have demonstrated experience with excellent relationship-building skills with colleges / institutes.
Responsibilities:
- Connect and maintain excellent relationship with placement officer of premier institutes / colleges / universities
- Connect university career counselors and provide informational materials about our entry-level position programs
- Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment p lan along with hiring managers / stake holders
- Attend college career fairs, communicate with students and promote our employer brand image.
- Screen resumes, coordinate with stake holders for interviews, perform skills evaluation tests for junior and entry-level positions.
- Report on recruiting metrics during and after the campus recruitment process.
Requirements :
- Min 4 to 8 years experience in Campus hiring / University hiring / Early career start programs
- Excellent networking skills. Good interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management
- Excellent skills in MS office especially in Excel, Power point etc
- Strong analytical orientation
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
