Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a

Telecaller at FXCareers, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential students and clients,

providing them with information about our educational programs and services. If you have excellent

Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling:**

- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in FXCareers' programs or have

shown potential as prospective students.

- Effectively communicate the benefits of our courses and address any queries or concerns.

2. **Lead Generation:**

- Generate leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-up calls.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their preferences.

3. **Information Dissemination:**

- Provide detailed information about FXCareers' courses, admission processes, fees, and other relevant

details to prospective students.

- Ensure that potential students have a clear understanding of the value proposition offered by

FXCareers.

4. **Appointment Setting:**

- Schedule appointments for prospective students to attend informational sessions, webinars, or meet

with our educational counselors.

- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and manage any rescheduling requirements.

5. **Feedback Collection:**

- Gather feedback from potential students regarding their needs, preferences, and concerns.

- Communicate feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our outreach strategies.

6. **Achieving Targets:**

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and

appointment setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; additional education in sales or communication is a

plus.

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.

- Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals over the phone.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling systems is advantageous.
