Job description

Reporting to the Co-founder you will be responsible for HR Operations at the corporate and Plant levels.  Responsibilities will include :

Employee Lifecycle Management :
  • Manpower Planning
  • HR Systems and Processes
  • Creating Job Profiles in line with Functional heads
  • Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant and corporate office requirements
  • Design, develop, and Roll out employee engagement and development programs 
  • Manage talent through effective selection, focused induction, innovative development, smooth transitions, and exits.
Organization Development 
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Track changes in the organization hierarchy and update the roles and responsibilities as and when the need arises
  • Managing employee engagement
  • Performance Management System
  • Training and Development
  • Workforce Management &wage administration
  • Manage the promotions and reporting structures of the senior and mid-level leadership
  • Apprise leadership of the changes in the market concerning compensation, attrition, governmental policies, and competition
Manage Statutory Compliance,  Compensation & Benefits, and  IR & Welfare

Candidate Profile:  MBA/PGDM –HR (Full-time) from a reputed institute with 5-10 Years experience in a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company.
