Job description
Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Responsibilities - Perform on-site installation and commissioning of our products at solar plant sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal performance and
reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and
requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our
products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and service
records.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications - ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems and associated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Valid driver's license.
