Greetings from Efficience Tech Solution

We are looking to hire Support Engineers (L1) who will be remotely working from home on shift basis. This position will be working with our Air-time team based in Dubai to provide technical support for the customers across the globe. Trainings would be provided.

Role : Support Engineers

Experience : 1-2year

Location : Remote

Notice Period : Immediate - 30days

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance for customers/users.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, computer systems, and software applications.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex problems and ensure their resolution.
  5. Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions provided.
  6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  2. Basic understanding and hands-on experience with networking concepts and computer systems.
  3. Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is essential.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
  6. Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  7. Flexible to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Certification(s) related to networking or technical support.
  2. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
