Role Overview:

The Business Head of Prive Business at Bonito Designs is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, operations, finances, and overall performance of the luxury Prive Business vertical. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the incumbent will spearhead exclusive partnerships with leading builders in Mumbai, driving business growth and market dominance in the region. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales, operations, and market dynamics in the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans for the Prive Business vertical, identifying market opportunities, setting objectives, and devising strategies to achieve business growth in the luxury sector. Lead the implementation of business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor and review progress, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. Drive the performance of the Prive Business team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve planned objectives. Recruit, train, and develop managers to enhance team effectiveness. Oversee all aspects of Sales, Design, Operations, Financial Performance, People Performance, and New Product Development within the luxury Prive Business vertical. Manage the P&L for the Prive Business vertical, with accountability for financial outcomes and budget decisions. Ensure cost efficiency and profitability while maintaining high-quality customer experience in the luxury segment. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, leveraging the strengths of various departments to drive business success. Act as a custodian of company culture and promote effective communication and teamwork. Participate in organizational strategic planning, contributing insights and recommendations to support long-term growth objectives. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to innovate and enhance company offerings. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, government agencies, community organizations, and employees. Uphold ethical business practices and enhance the company's reputation.

Requirements:

MBA in Sales/Marketing 14-16 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a P&L. Proven track record of leading teams in a cross-functional environment. Strong expertise in Sales and Operations, with experience in luxury business or high-end consumer goods preferred. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability in the luxury segment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and team management abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and driving organizational success in the luxury market.
