We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, India. The Inside

Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and building partnerships

with recruitment agencies. The primary objective is to facilitate the placement of our professional

learners who have completed their programs and seeking growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach: Identify potential clients and recruitment agencies in the US and

Canada, specifically those seeking candidates with Agile, Scrum, PMP, and related tech &

project management certifications.

Research and Partnering: Conduct research to identify companies and organizations looking for

professionals with relevant certifications. Build and nurture partnerships with these entities.

Communication: Contact potential clients and partners during their respective time zones,

ensuring effective and timely communication.

Value Proposition: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value propositions of our certified

professionals, emphasizing their expertise and skills.

Industry Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience in IT services, Knowledge Process

Outsourcing (KPO)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in corporate relations and placement coordinator role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong research abilities

Proficiency in presenting and articulating value propositions

Ability to work in accordance with North American time zones
