Schbang is seeking to hire a VP of Account Management based out of Delhi. A VP of Account Management will be responsible for the overall performance of the company by working closely with all the verticals within Schbang. The role is collaborative, fast-paced, and challenging.

Major Responsibilities

Client Relations Management:

  • Develop strong relations with existing clients and help onboard new ones
  • Ensure that all solutions provided by the agency are in tandem with clients' objectives and brand quality / identity
  • Ensure all media campaigns are achieving client targets in terms of spends as well as deliverables

Processes And Innovation Leadership

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Track the performance of all brands across the agency and identify remedial measures for underperforming brands/ sites
  • Track the delivery of all projects and identify remedial measures for delayed projects
  • Provide intelligence on business projections (e.g.: Account projections, sector projections, department wise projections etc.)

People and Culture Leadership

  • Develop and leverage relationships with key stakeholders and support the team on large scale projects
  • Identify training needs, devise training plans, and help deliver sessions where required
  • Be the torchbearer of organization culture and values
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the organization and ensure that the Company's mandates and policies are implemented fully and effectively in line with the organizations values and culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising / Marketing in a leadership profile with exposure across all functions
  • Prior experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven track record in networking, industry knowledge and practices
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
