Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Sales Executive role located in Pune.

Responsibilities:

- Obtain necessary permissions for society, corporate, and other activations

- Plan and execute events from start to finish

- Pitch and acquire customers

- Achieve monthly BTL sales targets

- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning

The Field Sales Executive will work closely with the Senior Management team, report to the Sales Manager, and will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in field sales and business development
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the dairy industry and experience selling dairy products is a plus
