Job description

Responsibilities:

Booking Services: Provide booking and reservation services to customers, which may include reserving:
Hotel rooms, Airline tickets, Rental cars, Customer Interaction:
Assist customers over the phone, in person, or via email.
Answer customers' questions and provide excellent customer service.
Suggest local tourist attractions and places of interest to help plan travel itineraries.
Reservation Handling:
Make reservations based on customers' requirements and budgetary allowances.
Check availability of accommodation or transportation for desired travel dates.
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
Address any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Inform customers about additional services or special packages (e.g., tour tickets, travel insurance, upgraded seats/accommodations).
Amendments and Cancellations:
Assist customers who need to modify or cancel a reservation.
