Job description

Responsibilities: Market research for business expansion and new customers acquisition. Identify relevant and potential geographies to expand business. Grow international sales through development of new customers across international geographies with emphasis on application focussed new products to achieve established sales/CV targets. Formulate and execute market focused strategies to establish a strong position of organization in the market. Relationship Management with current and prospective customers for generating business leads and getting feedback on existing/new products. Developing product promotional material, drive other Marketing/Branding initiatives along with the Marketing team. Work closely along with business teams for development of new products and new businesses.

Requirements: Exposure of selling premium products, Understanding of Value Based Selling, B 2 B Sales, Key Account Management. Needs to have good knowledge of metal processes and experience from metal industry in vendor development is preferred. Needs to have valid USA visa. The candidate needs to work closely along with business teams for development of new products and new businesses. Market research for identifying new prospects and converting them into long term business opportunities. Developing product promotional material along with the marketing team. Preparing and achieving annual Budget along with the business teams. Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Drive & Result Orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend trade shows and conferences.
