Role And Responsibilities: We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager operations to become an integral part of our dynamic team in New Delhi on a full-time basis. As a key contributor, your responsibilities will include: Handle and respond to FIT & GIT queries, MICE and leisure tours, negotiate and close deals, and manage queries from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, Client servicing, Accounts, to ensure successful delivery on commitments and payments. Assist in generating sales and revenue for the company through calls and work towards achieving targets. Take full responsibility for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and concerns as needed. Answer incoming calls from customers and agents, providing accurate information and addressing their needs effectively. Track and analyze production data, identify trends, and provide insights through monthly synopses. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track client interactions and feedback. Tailoring offers and recommendations based on individual client preferences, delivering exceptional customer service. Meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets through proactive sales management and adherence to performance metrics.

Candidate Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism/Travel, Hospitality, or a related field 3+ years of experience a reputed agency in FIT & GIT outbound operations. Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our services to clients. Strong problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals, enabling you to address client needs with professionalism and efficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
