Responsibilities Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and general questions.
- Provide guidance and solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
