Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SHOTT. This includes managing customer service, team management, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• General Management and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Team Management
• Finance management skills (P&L, EBIDTA, Revenue management)
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an operations-based management role
• Experience in the amusement or entertainment industry is a plus
