As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Resolve customer complaints or problems in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and requests
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Upsell products or services to existing clients as per their needs
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive for continuous improvement
