Job description
Role: Sr. Account Manager
Work Location: Delhi
Reporting to : Regional Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Install, commission, maintain Unify equipment,
- Provide training to customers on applications and operational aspects, act as information channel between customer and organization,
- Coordinate with vendors, seek technical support from NISC as and when required to provide maximum uptime of the equipment to customers,
- Carrying out preventive maintenance of the system. Candidate with Technical knowledge on Voice Systems along with applications.
- Selling of Service Products
- Actively pursue sales of service contracts and other service products, collect payments to enhance service revenue.
Team Support: Provide technical support to Sales team and work with other service team members to find quick solutions to technical issues.
