Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring and employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for interviewing and recruiting.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Hiring and Interviewing skills
• Employer Branding skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years
• Understanding of Mumbai job market and industry trends

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday's Off
