B. Tech or BE + MBA must

Skill:

JAVA/J2EE, project management, Knowledge and background in software industry.

Should have worked on at least 2 IT project of India Govt/State Govt/PSU clients. Job Descriptions:

• 15 + years of program and project management experience. • Knowledge and background in software industry products, services, and applications with in¬ depth knowledge of JAVA/J2EE applications & services • Strong cross-team, group, and organization collaboration skills. • Ability to create and execute queries for data analysis to foresee and analyze project risks using data, develop risk management plans, and mitigate subsequent issues. • Excellent communication skills. • Identify and manage program risks and issues. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success. • Communicate project progress and status to senior management and stakeholders. • Develop and implement program policies and procedures. • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. • Candidate should be well versed with SDLC cycle. (Software development life cycle). Understand end to end ---- • SDLC and must have strong experience and knowledge on the application design, development, testing & deployment. • Experience in end-to-end Application software development with applying agile methodology to improve project turnaround time. • Should have Agile Certification (ACP) or equivalent Experience is handling large client and assist in implementing agile methodologies. Government client handling is added advantage. • Hands on experience in Burn down and Burn up charts, Sprint Grooming ,capacity planning and Velocity trend reports in Jira tool. • Facilitate Sprint planning ,Retrospective and Sprint demos, Assit product owner with keeping backlog clean, Cross team coordination. • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools like JIRA : Impediments and Risk log updation daily. • Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Green hopper, Rally or equivalent well versed with MS Project, Visio and all Office tools • Responsible for managing dependencies between development team and client management team. • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view • Area Requirement. Adopt Agile methodologies in quick time and achieve high maturity in Agile project management. • Sprint Planning and Management:- Define sprint scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead sprint status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned large projects with proper documentation . • Team Management Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members • Product Owner Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance thru Agile methodologies. • Process Management and Improvement Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management • Team Building:- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team Interested candidate kindly share updated profile on [email protected]
