The group is a MNC Telecom company and they need it for their Broadband division.

Location: Aurangabad- Maharashtra
Salary : upto 4.00 lacs per annum.

Role Description
As a Sales Manager for Broadband sales, this full-time on-site role located in Nasik will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Key responsibilities will include prospecting, developing relationships with new and existing clients, building and training a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients through effective after-sales support. The Sales Manager for Broadband sales will also be responsible for organizing marketing campaigns and attending industry events to promote the company's products and services to a wider audience.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the Broadband industry.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strengths in presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of the Broadband industry, including products, services, and market trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results through effective decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Previous experience in successfully leading sales and marketing campaigns in the Nasik region will be an added advantage.
