Junior Analyst : Financial Advisory & Research
SAS Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd () is an emerging corporate advisory organization focused on providing holistic corporate advisory and support services for businesses. Among other services, we have a growing Financial Advisory Services team focused on providing a bouquet of financial and business advisory services to Indian and foreign companies entering the Indian market. As a part of the expansion plan, we are on the lookout for a Junior Analyst to support our growing client needs. The role offers enormous opportunities for an aspiring candidate to work closely with senior resources and CXO levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Industry / Sector / Market / Competitor Intelligence Reports for our publications and /or various client engagement contexts
- Research, Identify, Connect with potential companies / Vendors / targets / Investors based on the assignment needs
- Preparation of MIS Reports / Business Plans / Financial Models / Pitch Books etc., for various financial advisory assignments
- Assist in the project management of various financial advisory engagements (such as M&A, Due Diligence, Valuations, CFO Services etc.,), including coordination with internal team and external vendors
Requirements
Skill Requirements
- Quantitative (Analytical, Statistics, Accounting Ratios, interpret Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, etc.,)
- Qualitative (Industry analysis, comparative study on market, competitor, etc.,)
- Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (in Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Skill Requirements
- MBA / CWA / Masters in Finance
Prior Experience
- 1- 3 years of prior work experience covering the areas mentioned in the job responsibilities
