Executive Supply Chain
Inventory planning planning safety stock levels across the regional distribution centers and billing depots. Monitor the levels, and plan timely replenishments. Periodically monitor slow or non-moving inventory and plan for the consumption
Distribution planning planning the accurate distribution of produced goods across the country to ensure nil stock outs and at the same time avoiding piling of excess inventory.
Coordination coordinate with stakeholders such as factory dispatch teams, DC and depot teams, demand/production planners, sales and marketing teams for various activities.
Logistics managing optimum primary freight spent, avoid detention. Coordinate with freight providers for efficiency, cost and tracking, speed up delivery time, alternate delivery routes or negotiate quicker turnarounds.
Demand anticipation anticipate demand by constantly analyzing the sales trend and very close interactions with field sales team, regional logistic teams.
Capacity availability assess the existing storage capabilities and plan inventory. In case of crisis, research possible solutions to store the items that will meet budget, security and location needs.
