Visit us at * Job Description We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Accenture Corporate Citizenship team supporting pro-bono projects around the world as part of Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing project management and administrative tasks on projects run in multiple countries across the world, including the setup, management and closure. You will engage directly with MU teams to ensure the effective management of their pro bono programmes, gathering feedback for further enhancements. You will ensure close alignment with the Global Technology team, given the synergies between technology and pro bono. You will oversee the information in the grants management system (Salesforce), coordinating efforts across associates, ensuring that due diligence is complete, and documented and all reporting is uptodate and accurate. You will be involved in pulling together management summaries as necessary, and attending and leading governance meetings as needed. You will be responsible for overseeing the tracking and managing project finances and financial reconciliation where required. You will have experience of CSR or non-profit sector and be passionate about working in social impact. * Job Qualifications Minimum 4 years work experience Experience of pro-bono projects and / or community engagement activities, or managing projects within a non-profit organisation Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience of working in virtual global teams. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse groups of people Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong financial tracking and management skills and analytical mindset. Passion for social impact and a genuine commitment to corporate citizenship.
