Job Description: Sr. inside Sales Executive

Job Location: Noida (onsite)

Number of Positions: 2

Years of experience: 1-7 years of B2B Lead generation/Inside-Sales Experience

Budget – 2.25 to 5.5 LPA

Note: Immediate Joiners preferred or maximum 10 days' Notice period

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach:

· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Microsoft 365 products.

· Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of Microsoft 365 solutions.

· Experience in cloud selling- M365, Google and AWS

· Conduct Market research (Primary and Secondary Research) to identify potential customers

Product Knowledge:

· Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and industry trends.

· Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft 365 products in relation to the client's business requirements.

Customer Engagement:

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.

· Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide relevant solutions.

Sales Targets:

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.

Lead Qualification:

· Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.

· Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

· Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

· Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the technology industry.

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

· Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
