You have worked for a minimum of 2.5 years in a recruitment role with a focus on technical profiles like Ruby and SQL developers and you are mastering the art of identifying and engaging top technical talents with various strategies like active sourcing.
Proficiency in English to guarantee effective communication within our international environment; while German is not a necessity, it is a big plus.
