Role Description:
- Full-time on-site position in Hyderabad
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
For undergraduates interested in inbound calling, the CTC goes up to 3 LPA.
