responsibilities
- evaluate equipment, materials, and manpower needs, forecasting project completion duration.
- secure work permits, ensure adherence to method statements, and comply with safety standards and legal requirements.
- document changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings.
- implement project scope, specifications, and approved schedule.
- manage day-to-day construction activities and oversee quality checks with client representatives.
- optimize machinery, formwork, and manpower utilization, monitoring productivity.
- investigate and improve labor performance, modifying procedures as needed.
- monitor and control material wastage within acceptable norms.
- obtain permits and licenses for project sites from relevant authorities.
- communicate project progress to stakeholders through regular progress reports.
requirements
- diploma or degree in civil
- min. 3 years of work experience in same field
