Job Overview We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team at Flymedia Technology. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and ensuring that our brand image is consistently represented across various platforms. This is a full-time position based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in logo design, branding, and creating graphics for online and offline platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create visually appealing designs.
Roles And Responsibilities - Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and websites.
- Ensure that our brand identity and guidelines are consistently implemented across all design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create innovative and engaging designs to meet objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate and present design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve design quality and processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly on digital platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design templates and assets.
- Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.
