Position to be hired for : Senior Manager Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Who are we looking for? We're seeking for a part time Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to make an impactful contribution in our GIFT office. The role entails interacting with leads/clients, regulatory & tax research, setting up units in GIFT SEZ and compliance work. The person is required to spend at 5 hours or more at our GIFT SEZ office at least 4 days week. Why Join Us? Providing expert guidance and insights to clients regarding tax implications, as well as navigating regulatory requirements such as FEMA including ODI, OPI, FDI Leading the team in developing effective transaction structures that align with both tax optimization and regulatory compliance. Conducting and overseeing comprehensive research including fintech / techfin framework by RBI Ensuring the regular updating of knowledge management databases with the latest industry updates, regulations, and best practices. Facilitating knowledge sharing across teams by actively communicating tax and industry updates, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Encouraging creative problem-solving and innovative thinking within the team, and identifying opportunities for value-added services to clients. What are the key requirements for the role? Qualified Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary Post-qualification work experience of 8+ years with exposure to international tax, FEMA, AIFs, transaction tax In-depth understanding of tax regulations and familiarity with key regulatory bodies like FEMA, RBI and SEBI. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tally Excellent Communication Skills.
