The Role:

To that end, MeraDoc is seeking hardworking and passionate software engineers as various levels. These engineers will be part of the core engineering team that is focused on building a highly reliable, scalable & secure platform that enables access to quality healthcare for people.

What you will do:

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for Business development and Corporate sales for Health & Wellness products from target clients. Key responsibilities include Corporate sales / Business development , Closure & Revenue targets for the state, Sales strategizing for the respective state, facilitating Account Management, facilitating Sales Operation, Revenue generation, forecasting , sales pipeline management , Lead generation , Competition benchmarking and Market Penetration.

Responsibilities:

· Represent MeraDoc, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

· Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

· Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

· Individual contributor in sales targets

· Effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

· Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.

· Effectively engage with SPOCs, HRs/CHRO, CXOs, Admin heads, Directors of large corporates and SMEs

· Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expands customer base and extends global reach.

· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

· Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to client relationships.

· Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
