Job description
- As a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the Employee Experience Representative creates genuine, trusting working relationships with employees and is excited about creating a positive experience for the Avery Dennison workforce
- This person provides quality initial support services to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness
- This includes evaluating and analyzing the employee request/concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution and escalation to the customer, consistent with established service levels
This role is responsible for:
- Be an expert at resolving employee inquiries for multiple countries within the hub.
- Preparing and creating the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft) and executing PeopleSoft Data Transactions
- Preparing and creating data reporting requests & delivering insights.
- Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow (e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
- Answer HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate
- Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems
- Ensure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organization
- Manage Employee insurance administration & renewal process
- Manage on-boarding & offboarding processes
- 3-6 years HR working experience required
- General familiarity of internal landscape, HR sub-functions, and knowledge of HR, benefits administration and procedures preferred
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
- Superior excel and data reporting skills. Experience with HR reporting and data analytics
- Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management and Service now would be an advantage
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
- Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement and discretion
- Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, and adapt to ongoing changes
- Superior written communication skills in English & Kannada required
- Ambassador for service excellence to deliver best in class employee and workforce experience, using service delivery platforms [or in person when it matters]
