• Screening: Assess and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Process Management: Serve as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support in the onboarding process for chosen candidates.
• Data Maintenance: Keep records of candidate and hiring data up to date.
• Talent Acquisition Assistance: Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives.
• Administrative Support: Manage various recruitment-related administrative tasks.
