Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for the effective delivery of projects, workstreams and technical initiatives across the Media Service Line
  • Management of discovery and delivery, including risks, issues, dependencies, plans, reports and updates, for visibility to all stakeholders to articulate progress
  • Preparing and maintaining all e2e delivery lifecycle documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of e2e delivery lifecycle
  • Ownership and management of project risks and issues, ensuring the correct escalation route is followed
  • Proactively identify delivery and support impediments, blockers and problems and take ownership their resolution removal
  • Identify improvements to tooling and processes
  • Work with the Area PO and Head of Engineering to ensure smooth transition of ideas to delivery, and resolution of priorities
  • Ensure that roadmaps contain all elements for technical delivery
  • Support estimation and planning activities with the team, to produce clear outputs
  • Work with other Leads to manage dependencies and priorities
  • Work with the embedded Scrum Masters to ensure input to the team, and output from the teams are aligned with expectations
  • Contribute to the management of budgets and resource planning including creating Statements of Works
  • Agreeing and setting out delivery metrics for the teams
  • Devising plans for continuous improvement, based on the teams' metrics

Qualifications

Any of PMP, Prince 2, Certified Scrum Master, SAFE Agile etc.
