Job description
Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed enrollment and
revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the
beauty academy's programs and courses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in
beauty education to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
• Oversee student recruitment activities, including open houses, information
sessions, and other outreach efforts.
• Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective
operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide
constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development
opportunities to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of beauty
programs.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.
