Job description
- As a Kenvue RD IT Labs Product Manager, you will define the product team vision, strategy, and OKR s for the applications being delivered, aligning business demand with the Product roadmap.
- You will own the end-to-end product value delivery. Our solutions include the development of custom software solutions that lead to groundbreaking change and accelerate business value.
- You and your team will collaborate with key technology and business partners to apply human-centered design techniques to empathize with users, execute experiments, and help design solutions that delight them!
- We know custom is not always the answer delighting RD partners may also require maximizing off the shelf and SAAS solutions.
- You will partner with RD Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Designers to ensure high quality development of critical technical product artifacts - e.g. vision, roadmap, backlog, user-stories and solution blueprints.
- You will then engage skilled resources to develop and incubate the solution Minimum Viable Product and, when successful, continue to scale, launch and continually develop that solution to drive higher levels of community engagement and participation.
- For existing solutions, the Kenvue RD IT Labs Product Manager will lead the team to continually evaluate and co-create product roadmaps.
- You will partner with other technical teams internally and externally, ensuring the integration and alignment of key product roadmap capabilities, while also addressing critical technical lifecycle management and key compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- We bring technology expertise to our RD business partners. You will develop a keen understanding of RD needs, perceptions, and use that to create the KTD strategy for the RD laboratory of the future. You will lead the technology business planning activities by identifying ongoing and future business product backlog demand, understanding competitor landscapes, and ensuring appropriate prioritization and funding is aligned to drive our significant global growth agenda
- We love data. You will seek opportunities to drive continual improvement, leveraging both new and existing metrics. You will partner with RD to implement the actionable insights that you identified, based on your deep understanding of how our partners work. You will define and track metrics to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user KPIs, product performance, team health, and team maturity. We also work in a GxP compliant environment. You will ensure that Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified and valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies
- We love learning about technology and have the aptitude to do so. You will seek to understand where and how key technical solutions such as APIs, microservices, and intelligent automation to best meet the needs of our business partners. We believe low code / no code solutions can be the answer and are critical assets to test and learn if our products are on track to delight users
- We are a global team. You will partner with an extended team of both internal and external partners across multiple time-zones to provide outstanding business value. You will ensure successful market launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. You will regularly provide customer-facing communications and dashboards related to your products, their budgets, and their value to senior leaders from the Technology and RD organizations
Qualifications
What are we looking for
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required, with a minimum of 6 years of related business experience required. People leadership experience preferred
Experience
- Experience as a business manager or owner in the relevant journey/product/customer segment, with responsibility for PL and key performance indicators of the organization
- Experience with Agile Development and Methodologies, preferably in a large organization
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering and UX
- Experience in developing systems and tools to enable commercial+ capabilities to serve the customer (e.g. eCommerce, Multi-channel, Integrated Platforms)
- Experience in underlying conceptual models based on human-centered design principles to deliver a fully aligned, context-driven experience
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology

- Agile development knowledge, SDLC methodology, Risk management including Security, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and CSV frameworks and best practice models like GAMP
