Job Title: Group - Brand Manager/ Assistant Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Between 4 to 7 years (slightly flexible on this)

We are on the hunt for team members to drive brand awareness and profitable growth (a unicorn of another kind in today's world). We have 2 brands within our portfolio, both brands are backed by a team of people, with over 35 years of experience in meat processing & meat products.

About You

We are looking for someone with a real eye for detail, a passion for exceptional food, for building brands and with loads of creativity. As is true for any brand role, a business acumen will be necessary along with a range of experience across B2B and/or B2C marketing. As an in-house marketing professional, impeccable English skills are required. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and work experience with a creative agency and/or a food brand will be valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

Work with your team to set the Marketing Calendar and create plans. Plan, create and execute weekly/daily campaigns and promotions to drive sale

Manage the Marketing Budget to ensure we drive profitable growth

Oversee and deliver on all digital marketing content and assets. Manage social media accounts and create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc)

Manage customer journey from customer acquisition to retention using the tools available to the marketing team

Engage and Collaborate with Chefs, Influencers and Brands in innovative and exciting ways

Drive brand awareness and consideration through PR while working closely with a PR agency

Report on key brand metrics linked to brand objectives on a monthly basis

Design, conduct, and analyse consumer research and brand health tracking and help measure campaign performance to ensure high level of effectiveness

Study and analyse current trends in market and implement strategies to drive brand sales growth. Brainstorm new growth strategies
