Job description

• Top-level administrative position
• Performs standard and advanced administrative duties, which may be of a confidential nature for senior vice president
• Responsibilities include handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments and relieving the executive of routine administrative detail
• Coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements
• May be required to become proficient in the use of more than one software package, including spreadsheets and graphics
• Composes correspondence, prepares reports and conducts special projects as directed
• May give work direction to others

Education/Work Experience:

• Typically has secondary school level written and analytical skills and six or more years of administrative experience.
• Broad knowledge of operations and policies.
• Independence Level/Reports to: Under general direction, with most duties accomplished without direction.
• Position requires considerable judgment and is typically performed under minimal supervision.
