Ø Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the store.
Ø Ensure adherence to operational procedures and policies.
Ø Maintain and organize store records and documentation.
Ø Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Ø Address customer inquiries and concerns.
Ø Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Ø Facilitate communication between store staff and management.
Ø Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Ø Provide administrative support to the management team.
Ø Assist in organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
