What We Are Looking For:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of inbound phone calls or emails/ tickets from customers. Moreover, he needs to ensure that professional service is provided, and strategic relationships are maintained. This includes providing pro-active service to the customers, responding promptly to customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, facilitating timely solutions for validation and support problems and helping the customer become as self-reliant as possible. This is a full time and in-office position, with the current work schedule from 4AM to 12PM local time unless otherwise required based on business needs.
